M11 is a boutique custom cabinetry studio serving South Florida. We accept a limited number of projects so we can give dedicated attention from the first conversation through final installation. Each project is thoughtfully designed, carefully coordinated and prepared off-site to reduce disruption inside your home.

A more considered way to build custom cabinetry.
Your project is not simply manufactured and delivered. Before installation, components are received, inspected and pre-assembled in our shop whenever possible. We check hardware, alignment and fit before we arrive at your home.
Dedicated Attention
We work with a limited number of projects at a time, so you deal directly with the person running yours.

Components are inspected, organized, pre-assembled and adjusted in our shop before installation day.
Less Disruption at Home
Better preparation means fewer surprises, less cutting on site and a shorter, cleaner installation.
Our Shop
The parts are cut in our own shop.
Most studios draw the project and send the files out to be cut. We cut ours. Panels are nested and cut on our own CNC, edged and bored in the same shop, then assembled and checked before anything is loaded for your home.
It matters for one reason: when something needs to change, it changes here. Not on your kitchen floor, on a Saturday, with you watching.
Cut on Our CNC
Parts are nested and cut straight from the drawings we produced, so what reaches assembly is what was drawn and approved.
Edged in the Same Shop
Edges are applied on the same floor the parts were cut on, which keeps handling and waiting between steps to a minimum.
Sized and Bored in Our Shop
Panel sizing and System 32 boring happen in-house, so the schedule for your project is ours to hold rather than someone else's to fit in.

Design Around You
Layout, finishes, storage and function, presented in 3D so you can see the result before anything is built. We adjust until it's right.

Detail & Coordinate
Shop drawings, hardware selection, tolerances and production files. We coordinate fabrication with selected production partners to the specifications of your project.

Pre-Assemble & Inspect
Everything is received and counted in our shop, checked against the drawings, pre-assembled and adjusted. Problems get solved here — not in your kitchen.

Install With Care
Floors and surfaces protected, installation by our own team, final adjustments and a walk-through before we leave. We fix what needs fixing before we go.
Your home is not our workshop.
Most of the preparation should happen before installation day. By inspecting and preparing your cabinetry off-site, we cut down the work that has to happen inside your home and arrive organized for a clean, efficient installation.
